The following terms and conditions apply:
Dispatch conditions
The products are delivered all over the world.
Dispatch shall not be made to the following foreign islands: Arktida, North Korea
Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):

Delivery of download items:
Supply of download products: Download products (digital content which is not supplied on a physical data carrier) do not incur shipping costs.
Download products are sent to you as data via E-mail within 240 hours after concluding the contract (with an agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
The customers can download the Download items via a link shared through email.
This email is sent with the access data for the Download within 240 hours after placing the order (in case an advance payment has been agreed upon, after the payment authorisation).
The customers can download the Download items in their customer accounts.
This Download is provided within 240 hours after placing the order (in case an advance payment has been agreed upon, after the payment authorisation).
The customers are also informed about the provision via email.
Delivery periods
For goods customised according to customer requirements, the revised submission will be made within 3-5 days following conclusion of the contract, execution of the design work and delivery of the goods within 7 days following approval of the revised submission (with an agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction), unless otherwise specified in the respective quote.
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 1 - 14 days, for deliveries abroad within 15 - 27 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
In case of self-collection, we will inform you by email once the product is ready, along with the collection options. In this case, dispatch costs will not be charged.

In case of deliveries to a foreign country, you have the following payment options:

Payment by invoice is possible under the following condition:
VIP Kunden
The invoice amount is to be settled at the time of payment on invoice within 14 days.
In case of payment via direct debit (automatic debit transfer), you revocably authorise us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account.
The automatic debit transfer process takes place in conjunction with the conclusion of the respective contract.
If payment is to be made via an SEPA base debit note or an SEPA corporate debit note, you authorise us to collect the billing amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit collection. Please ensure that the account in question possesses sufficient covering funds on the due date.
If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.
Payment via Klarna Checkout
We offer the following payment options in cooperation with Klarna. Payment is always made to Klarna:

Klarna invoice: Payable within 14 days of the invoice date. The invoice is issued upon dispatch of the goods and sent by email. Find the payment conditions here.

Klarna credit sale agreement: With Klarna's finance service, you can flexibly pay for your purchase in monthly instalments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (however, at least EUR 6.95).
